Special Coverage! Comcast Latino
Festival at Fenway Park
History was made at Fenway Park! More than
7,000 people come together for the "Comcast
Latino Family Festival" on Saturday, July 5th, 2008
at Fenway Park. The event was organized by El
Mundo, New England's oldest Spanish language
newspaper. The festival included live Latin
musical performances, honors for Latino youth
scholars through El Mundo’s Latin Youth
Recognition program, which also is sponsored
by Comcast, and a major health fair aimed at
increasing the community’s awareness of
important health issues.

Backstage Access! Don Omar in
concert at Fenway Park!
One more time Boston Latino TV got VIP access!
We were backstage waiting for the King to arrive,
and the waiting was worth while! Don Omar
arrived to the park in style with wife Jackie
Guerrido, who was looking fabulous in a white
outfit that highlighted her "canela" skin. Araminta
welcomed "The King" and then accompanied the
very exclusive entourage that walked him to the
stage.

Afterparty!
Boston Latino TV and El Mundo Newspaper
partnered to co-host the most exclusive event in
the Boston Area: The Official Concert Afterparty.
Sponsored by Heineken, this afterparty
celebrated the successful artistic performances
of Don Omar, Amarfis, N-klave and Alexander at
Fenway Park with fans, colleagues and friends in
the hottest Latino club of Boston: Mojitos Lounge.
Mojitos has previously hosted official VIP
afterparties for Wisin & Yandel, Don Omar,
Aventura, and Richy Peña's themed parties
among others.
